Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
During high-demand periods (sales, holidays, or promotions), processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Time
We work with international suppliers to fulfil our orders. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
- United States & Canada: 7–20 business days
- Europe: 7–20 business days
- Rest of World: 10–25 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs delays, carrier issues, or high order volumes.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We may also offer free shipping promotions from time to time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 3–5 days for tracking information to update.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be charged once your order reaches your country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned to sender, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the parcel.
