Refund policy

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase from BloomTint.

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting us at bloomtintshop@gmail.com.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and unopened.
  • Be in its original packaging.
  • Be in the same condition that you received it.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used lip products unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email bloomtintshop@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Return Shipping

Please do not return any items without contacting us first. We will provide return instructions if your return is approved.
